Family-owned with two trucks — dry van and power only. 23 years combined experience. Expedited/team runs: SoCal → Southeast → back to SoCal.
Who We Are
Montiel Family Trucking is a small, family-owned operation. We currently run two trucks — one dry van and one power-only unit — driven by family. Together we bring 23 years of combined experience.
The company was started by Oscar (the oldest son), with the blessing of Jesus Christ and the support of his wife Lola, who funded the start-up. Our father, Edgar R, has been our mentor from the beginning and holds his TWIC card. Edgar D (the second oldest son) completes our family team.
Oscar holds a tanker endorsement and was trained by Crest District Inc in local oil deliveries and supplies. His preferred routes include Arizona, Nevada, Idaho (not in the winter), Southern California, and the Sacramento area. For expedited and team runs, the starting point must be from SoCal to the Southeast and back to SoCal. We do not operate in Oregon or the Northeast.
